We are working on a digital reporting system that allows us to process shoplifting reports faster and more efficiently. We certainly do not want to lose sight of the quality of the report, so that we can conduct a targeted police investigation. After all, it is not just about registering your tax return.

We also want to work in a customer-oriented manner with this system, so that a declaration can easily be made for you as well. Without wasting time and without having to physically move.
This system is not yet ready. However, we would like to provide you with a temporary declaration form that you can use. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before using.

Only use this shoplifting report form if the police cannot conduct immediate investigations. If the suspect is still in the area and can be traced immediately, call 101.
This declaration is not considered urgent. We undertake to process these as quickly as possible. By using it you agree to this.
