After booking an appointment, you have 2 options to adjust, move or delete your booked appointment.
Immediately after booking the appointment
After you have made the appointment, you will see a confirmation screen, see example: click here
You can adjust, move or delete the newly created appointment at that time.
Note: If you are too short before the appointment, it may be that your Monique Lecluijze has set that you can no longer make adjustments yourself, but that you need to contact your Het Dierenechocentrum to make changes.
Via the confirmation / reminder e-mail
If you have left a correct e-mail address during the appointment, you will receive both the confirmation and reminder of you appointment by e-mail.
