Each appointment includes an initiation for a single protocol. If you wish to initiate a second protocol, please book a second appointment. 

During an initiation visit 3 people ar allowed. Please indicate in the field "extra information" if you will be attending the visit with more than 3 people. 
We ask you to respect the booked time slot. 

Please take into account that no study shipments can be accepted at the Pharmacy Clinical Trials before pharmacy initiation has taken place.

Remote initiations also need to be scheduled via this tool. Additionally, we kindly ask to provide a Teams invitation at pharmacy.clinicaltrials@uzgent.be, scheduled at the booked time slot.

Before scheduling an initiation visit, please register the study at our Study Registration section and this at least 3 working days before the initiation visit. In case timely registration is not feasible, the visit cannot take place on the agreed date. Then we kindly ask to cancel the planned appointment and schedule a new visit.

Please provide all necessary documents in the Pharmacy binder and bring this binder to the initiation. In case of remote initiation, please send the binder on time and directly to the Pharmacy Clinical Trials, in order to have it present at the initiation.
