A monitoring room will be available for you during the morning. Your arrival time can vary, but we kindly ask you not to arrive before 01.00 pm. It also needs your attention to finalize your visit on time and no later than 03.30 pm.
If you need more time for your monitoring visit, please book a second appointment in the morning. 

Each appointment includes a visit for a single protocol. If you wish to review a second protocol, please book a second appointment. 

During a monitoring visit 2 monitors are allowed. Please indicate in the field "extra information" if you will be attending the visit with more then 2 monitors. 

Remote monitoring:

For a remote monitoring, you can book an appointment at 01.00 pm below.
The remote monitoring will take place at 02.00 pm. We kindly ask to provide a Teams invitation at pharmacy.clinicaltrials@uzgent.be, scheduled at 02.00 pm.
Additionally, please mail the points to be discussed remotely - at least 5 working days in advance.
